Medicine taught me to heal people. Scouting taught me to build them. I have been a specialist doctor for over 20 years, but beyond my profession, my passion has always been working with people — especially children. I coordinate a group of more than 70 scouts and organize activities ranging from first-aid and health education workshops to camps and experiences in nature. My path in non-formal education includes Woodbadge training, courses in pedagogy and scout animation, and programs dedicated to working with children. I am also a mother — a role that teaches me every day that patience and the joy of simple things are the most important lessons. For me, education isn't about what children know, but about who they become.

I believe education that matters is lived, not just taught. I am an ANC-certified trainer, with experience developing people of all ages — from young people to adults — and coordinating teams. For over 2 years, I have volunteered in non-formal education, organizing indoor and outdoor activities that combine learning with action. As a founding member of Lupii Munților, I helped build a space where children discover their courage, independence and team spirit — in an authentic environment, connected to nature. I know how to create contexts in which people grow, regardless of age. For me, education isn't about what children know, but about who they become.

German language classes are designed as hands-on learning experiences, with a focus on conversation from the very start. I adapt each lesson to the child's level, using interactive methods and, for younger children, play-based and immersive approaches. I have experience teaching foreign languages and completed my studies in Germany, which allows me to offer a clear, effective process focused on confidence and real communication.
