Our adventure began among the vineyard rows, where we picked grapes and discovered how much work goes into a harvest.
We then took the grapes to the press and followed the process of turning them into fresh must. We took part in every step and, of course, enjoyed tasting the result of our work.
The day continued with engaging workshops about the benefits of grapes and fresh must, vineyard pests and the creatures living in this ecosystem, as well as the history of grapes and winemaking.
Between activities, we enjoyed nature, the beautiful autumn atmosphere, and plenty of fun and play.
It was a day of learning through experience and discovering that some of the best lessons are the ones we live together.
